We are mother and daughter, olive oil sommelier and owners of il Fontanaro organic Farm in Paciano, Umbria.
What we propose here is a real gluten free living experience where you’ll learn also some Italian, about wines and olive oil of Italy as well per the secret of the real Italian cooking.
Our cooking experiences are small – under 6 students per class – and are designed for anyone who wants to cook, from the beginner to the more experienced home chef.
Our class provide an opportunity to learn the basic of the wonderful art of authentic Italian gluten free cooking, and agricultural culture.
We will guide you through creating a great meal for yourself! Options can range from making gnocchi to tiramisu. All of our options are homemade, and there is even a vegetarian if needed!
The classes do include an olive oil testing and a tour of our olive mill! You will learn the difference between fake and store brand oil to real Italian made olive oil!
