gluten free pizza
half kg of flour without gluten
275 gr. of warm water
100 gr. of milk
25 gr. yeast
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
Directions for your gluten free pizza:
add the yeast to warm mil and mix together up to have a cream add sugar. Add all liquid ingredients together and slowly add them to the flour. Only at the and add the salt.
Leave it in the fridge for the night (12 hours)
Let the daught stay 1 hour and than you can use it to shape your pizza.
