Wine peaches are a gluten free and vegan summer recipe.
Delicious after a friends dinner!
1 peach per person
1 spoon of brown sugar per person
a good white dry wine and some water
Cut the peaches in slices (we like with skins). Put your peaches and brown sugar in a sauce pan and cook few minutes to melt the sugar and add half glass of water.
Pay attention to not over cook the peaches they must be solid. Take out from the Gas stove.
Now you can fill your wine glasses with peaches and add wines enough to cover all. Let it cool and put in the fridge.
Serve it cold at least an our after the preparation.
